Lynn has been oohing over this house ever since she saw it on the MLS. We finally got to look at it today. Read the MLS description, watch the movie, and then go to the pictures on Flickr.
Wonderful Auction Opportunity, April 25, 12:00 pm. Live a part of Boise's History, this is the original Cole home (Cole elementary, Cole Rd.) Beautiful turn of the century Victorian farm house with all of the beautiful adorments of yester-year. Just like all of the homes of this period, craftsmanship and quality are throughout the home including leaded glass, wonderful Oak and Sugar pine staircase, Crown moldings, Abundance of wood trims, solid wood doors and tons of Style and Grace.
The house all the necessary quirks of a Perkins house. Watch the video to get the feel of it because the pictures don't do it justice.
Right now it is going to be auctioned off, but the seller is willing to take offers before that. I'm not sure how we will finance it yet seeing as our house hasn't sold yet. We'll work it out.

Posted by: Cindy at April 8, 2006 1:21 PMI love the old kitchen/pantry/mudroom off the new kitchen. Very nice with a house full of boys. The kitchen and baths look great, too. . .kind of rare in a house like that.
What are they asking?
wow that looks great. go for it!
Posted by: bobw at April 8, 2006 8:31 PMWe just put an offer in for $271k. We'll see if they accept tonight.
Posted by: andyp at April 8, 2006 9:01 PMHey you guys, looks like that farm house has plenty of space for the boys inside and out. NICE! I can see Gid climbing up those tires and Ike right behind him, while Lil bro(P.P.) will be taking note mentally on how to start the climb. You know it still really has not sunk in yet w/ me that you're leaving. I was thinking you could still give me that advance notice we spoke about when you want a date nightout. I'll be happy to just fly right in and watch the boys. Yeah.....Right. Just make it like an Extremely advance notice like two months or so ahead of the movie coming out, you'd like to go check out. We'll miss you dearly but we will K.I.T.
Peace & Luv,
Sandy, :)
